The POST IT action action created a way of initially and intuitively getting in touch with the area on a contextual level. Requests, questions, and games were written or drawn on self-adhesive slips of paper. The spost-its were sticked on various surfaces on Schwedenplatz, inviting people to get actively involved by responding directly on the slips of paper or on additional blank slips. The Post-it action served as “food for thought” and as basis for discussions among those who actively participated and those who only observed, read or removed the Post-its. Thus topics like the intensity of surveillance, the role of police and other officials and the illegality of performing on urban public spaces were put forward.
